OADEN

One week to a plan. Weeks, not quarters, to the first workflow.

Fixed prices, written scope, and a go-live rule that protects your patients and your reputation: an agent earns the work before it gets it.

An organised anonymous operations shelf with neutral supply cartons, work trays, a scanner, and a cobalt-blue file edge.

Designed for the day-to-day

A workflow is more than a handoff.

The value is in the connections: the systems people already use, the exceptions that need a decision, and the details that keep the next step moving without another follow-up.

The three steps

Audit, build, run. You can stop after any of them.

  1. 1

    Audit

    Week 1

We sit with the people doing the work and map each workflow: inputs, systems touched, time per item, failure points. You get a written plan with hours reclaimed per workflow and a fixed price per build. No obligation past this step.

  2. 2

    Build

    Weeks 2–5

One workflow at a time, highest-value first. Each agent runs in shadow mode against real work until its accuracy is proven, then takes over with human approval on exceptions. Your data stays in Canada.

  3. 3

    Run

    Ongoing

We monitor every run, handle changes when your forms, vendors or software change, and report monthly on items processed, exceptions, and hours saved. A flat monthly fee per workflow.

What it costs

Three line items. The audit gives you the numbers to judge the other two against.

Audit

Fixed fee, credited against the first build

One week on site or remote. Deliverable: the workflow map, hours and cost per workflow, and a build quote.

Build

Fixed price per workflow

Scoped from the audit. Typical range is low five figures per workflow; no hourly billing.

Run

Flat monthly fee per workflow

Monitoring, maintenance, model costs, change requests within scope. Cancel on 30 days' notice.

A workflow that consumes two people’s afternoons usually costs more per year in salary than its build and first year of running combined. We will show you that arithmetic in the audit, and if it does not hold, we will say so.

The rules we build to

These are in the contract, not the brochure.

  • Shadow mode before go-live

Every agent runs alongside your staff first. We compare its output to theirs on real items until accuracy meets the bar set in the audit. Only then does it take over.

  • People approve exceptions

The agent handles the routine cases. Anything low-confidence, incomplete or unusual is routed to a named person with the reason attached. Nothing is silently wrong.

  • Every action logged and reversible

Each run records what came in, what the agent did, and why. You can audit any item months later, and undo an action without calling us.

  • Your data stays in Canada

Hosting in Canadian regions, encryption in transit and at rest, enterprise model terms with no training on your data, and a data-processing agreement your privacy officer can sign.

  • Your systems, not ours

We connect to the EMR, ERP and billing tools you already have. You never migrate because of us, and if we part ways the integrations and logs are yours.

Who you will work with

A small senior team. The people on the call are the people who build.

OADEN brings an operator’s perspective to automation. We have worked alongside teams managing intake, clinical paperwork, claims, orders, fulfilment, and the systems that keep everything moving. We understand that the work between the steps still needs judgment, accountability, and a clear handoff when something is not routine.

We build agents the way dependable operations run: measure the work first, automate the routine, keep people in control of exceptions, and report the numbers every month.

Start with the audit. It is the cheapest way to find out if this is worth doing.

One week, a written plan, and a fixed quote per workflow. Credited against the first build if you go ahead.
